Internal Medicine Faculty Opportunity: 

The Division of Cardiology, Department of Internal Medicine, at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB Health), Galveston, Texas, seeks a faculty cardiologist at the Associate Professor level to join its academic cardiology practice. 

The UTMB Department of Internal Medicine seeks a faculty Internal Medicine Physician at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level to join its academic internal medicine practice. The successful candidate will become an integral part of our growing program. The successful candidate will also participate in the education and mentorship of medical students, interns, and residents; participate in departmental meetings and committee meetings; as well as other scholarly activities. All residents and in-practice physicians are encouraged to apply!

The ideal candidate should be board certified or eligible in ABIM and any structured fellowship programs they have completed. They must also be able to obtain a valid Texas state medical license. The successful candidate should be an exceptional communicator with superior people skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to benefit our patients through this academic practice.
