The Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program seeks an experienced, Family Medicine physician who has a passion for teaching.
The position combines direct patient care, as well as teaching in the ambulatory and hospital settings. You will be joining a diverse, experienced, and highly cohesive faculty team.
Our residency is state-of-the-art with a stunning Family Medicine Center, robust EMR, simulation teaching lab, and was the first practice in Texas to receive NCQA’s designation as a Patient-Centered Medical Home.
We have outstanding residents (14-14-14), mild winters, low cost of living, no state income tax, and an abundance of lifestyle activities that Houston and Sugar Land have to offer.

Physicians at Sugar Creek are proud to part of the Memorial Hermann Healthcare System. , Established in 1975 and affiliated with the Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, Physician’s at Sugar Creek serves as the central facility for the Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program and also services the diverse and growing Sugar Land community. This program was the first in Texas to be certified by the National Committee on Quality Assurance as a level 3 patient-centered medical home and has utilized an electronic medical record for more than 16 years. The focus for the practice continues to be quality, compassionate, and convenient care for patients while supporting the education of Family Medicine physicians.
