Integrates the department into the hospital's primary functions. Participates in hospital committees as directed.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy required. Two years of hospital pharmacy experience and three years in a supervisory or management role required. Current licensure from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy required.
An approved course in preparation, sterilization, and admixture of parenteral and enteral products required.
