Department: Hospital - Quality & Process Improvement
Professional who provides support by reviewing, analyzing and interpreting clinical and non-clinical data from a variety of sources to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Collaborates with managers to ensure data validity and adequate capture for internal and external reporting. Conducts clinical and non-clinical data analytics in support of strategic initiatives, process/performance improvement efforts, and quality measures. Develops scorecards, reports, graphs, and presentations in support of standing and ad-hoc requests, in addition to participation on teams/committees.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent majoring in: Healthcare, Computer Science, Business, Statistics or Engineering. Three years of experience is required.
