Directs functions and procedures necessary to compile the general ledger and financial reports for the health center. Assists in preparation of budgets. Prepares or assists in preparation of reports required by regulatory agencies or third parties. Oversees and manages all activities and employees of the finance department. Works with other departments to implement policies and provide information for operation. Directs maintenance of the financial modules of the Meditech computer system. Assists in audits of hospital financial information. Maintains financial records of subsidiaries. Administers payment terms of physician recruitment agreements. Performs other related tasks as requested by the Controller, Executive Director of Finance, CFO, CEO, or Board of Trustees.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred. In lieu of a degree, four years of relevant experience.
