Tufts Medical Center is seeking applicants for its advanced multimodality cardiac imaging fellowship for AY 2021-22.
This one-year fellowship is designed to provide education in advanced echocardiography (advanced transthoracic echo, stress echo, transesophageal echo, 3D echo and myocardial strain imaging) as well as advanced training in cardiac MRI. The fellow will be exposed to a wide range of cardiac pathology in various clinical settings, and will be an integral part of the imaging team. In addition, the fellow will have the unique opportunity of being part of a multidisciplinary team providing imaging guidance both prior to and during catheter-based and surgical procedures (eg, TAVR, MitraClip, myectomy, Watchman, etc).
Qualified candidates should be highly motivated, academically-oriented, and BC/BE after completing a 3-year general cardiology fellowship.
