The Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) Department of Internal Medicine/Center for Cardiovascular Health and the VA Clinic of Lubbock are seeking a BE/BC fellowship-trained Cardiologist to join their dynamic and growing practice. This available position would be split evenly between TTUHSC and the brand new Lubbock VA clinic (50% TTUHSC – 50% VA Clinic).
The successful candidate will contribute to the university's mission through teaching, patient care, research and service. The applicant will be required to manage inpatient consultation, outpatient Cardiology, perform basic cardiac imaging, and noninvasive testing. In addition, the candidate should be ABIM certified or eligible to become certified in Cardiology and have the qualifications necessary for faculty appointment at TTUHSC and for licensure in the State of Texas. TTUHSC offers a comprehensive education, research, and outreach initiatives. Salary and rank for this position will be commensurate with experience.
